Advocate Mr. Rai reports that his client, a lady doctor residing in KEM Hospital quarters, has filed a POCSO Act complaint against Dr. Harish Pathak with Bhoiwada Police Station and notified the relevant BMC authority about alleged atrocities. Senior Police Inspector Sachin Kadam is reportedly delaying case registration, citing an ongoing inquiry, amid claims that Dr. Pathak’s ties to Mumbai Police’s top officer and senior cabinet-level political leaders are influencing the delay. The matter remains under investigation.
